1st Light is a fully interactive 3D solar system creation tool and screensaver. The free version is fully functional for viewing and allows users to view and load any solar system. The paid version allows users to create their own solar system with any number of planets and moons. They can also texture the solar bodies (as well as the enclosing universe), and apply lighting, highlights, atmospheres and all their characteristics.

This software converts batches of images from one format to another. You can load the images manually by pointing to a directory, or drag and drop your images onto the form. It uses the DevIL image library for the actual conversion, so it can read about 30 different file formats and save the images in one of 9 formats.

RAMDisk creates a virtual hard drive using your computer's memory. The ramdisk is many times faster than a regular hard disk and will speed up any application that reads/writes a lot of files. RAMDisk will also save and restore "images" of the it's contents, including at shutdown/startup so it "feels" like a regular disk drive that does not lose its contents at shutdown.
